Artist's Note
Using all the teachings together with experience of life, is wisdom. There is wisdom in being able to take a broken item and through experience and knowledge be able to make it whole again. As a woodturner, I have taken a piece that was weak, cracked and broken and created a new stronger version of it. This is an image of one of those pieces.
Using what knowledge and wisdom I have gained through experience I have made this happen. It took time, effort, and skills to know what to carve away and what to keep, to bring value to this piece. The weakness of the piece is still there but now the delicateness is a feature and not a flaw. Imagining how a flawed piece can transform and become so positive and beautiful means it will not be discarded.
As people we need to use all the teachings together with experience. This will give us knowledge to help each other and support our fellow humans who are broken or hurt, therefore creating a stronger version of them. It does take work and awareness of all the teachings we have explored to know how to treat each other with kindness. The wisdom in this will heal the broken and we will be beautiful, united people again.
Everything is beautiful. We are all beautiful people. Do you want to leave a path of destruction, or a path of peace and harmony? Use your wisdom to know your path.
